Passenger should SMS the 10-digit PNR number at 139 from their mobile phone and within few seconds information about the status of reservation, berth and coach number would be sent back.

Passengers could also get information about the position of train through SMS. 

For this they have to write, 

SPOT <space> train number and send it to 139.

Within few seconds they'll get the entire information about a train such as the delay in running time and its expected arrival at a station on their phone.
